How long does this take to setup?
We utilize Turf Assistant University to take you and your staff through training for each of our modules. Labor management and A.P.E.x are the most time intensive modules but should be implemented in a 2 week period and then perfected with your staff over the coming weeks. All our other modules should be implemented in about a week.
What type of support do you offer?
We have real-time chat support from our website, inside the app and on our mobile / tablet devices. Our support team can jump on your device and support you remotely as well. Additionally for those going through Turf Assistant University we offer daily office hours so you can jump on a quick call to ask any implementation questions you may have.
What is Turf Assistant University?
Turf Assistant University is our training system that will take you and your staff through deep dive training at your own pace. It is available to ever user you add to Turf Assistant and can be viewed on any device. In addition to the University, we have daily office hours so that you can jump in and ask questions at any time during your implementation process.
What is the Turf Operations Hub?
The Turf Operations Hub is the heart of your labor performance management and tracking system. The system itself is a combination of tvs and tablets that allow your staff to interact with Turf Assistant and automates the labor management and performance tracking built into Turf Assistant. It is possible to automate your labor performance management without it but we recommend having at least 1. For properties with vast locations and staff members not returning to a central location after every job, we have mobile Turf Operations Hub solutions as well.
Can I purchase a Turf Operations Hub from Turf Assistant?
The Turf Operations Hub is made up of standard off the shelf hardware that can be purchased directly from Amazon and other retailers. You will be provided with our most current recommendations during the onboarding process.
How much does setup cost?
We have a one time setup fee of $1,000 which we will do 100% of the setup for you. Once we are done with the setup all you have to do is start using the system. Check out the 'Extras' page to find out what is included in the onboarding.
Do you have a free trial?
Short answer is No. There is a lot of setup that goes into getting the Turf Assistant platform up and running and it requires time by our staff. So, we do not offer a free trial.
